Kesner LaGuerre is driven by a singular mission: to help individuals unlock their confidence, elevate their communication, and accelerate their career growth by finding and owning their voice. His passion for this work is rooted in his own journey. As a young aspiring R&B singer, Kesner dreamed of performing on stage but struggled with severe stage fright. Years of disciplined practice, courage, and resilience eventually led him to the moment he first stepped confidently in front of an audience. That breakthrough — and the transformation it required — now fuels his commitment to helping others overcome their own barriers, step into visibility, and lead with clarity and impact.

Since joining LifeHikes in 2018, Kesner has coached leaders across industries and now serves as Director of Coach Development, guiding the growth and excellence of the global coaching team. His executive coaching experience spans senior leaders at Mastercard, IBM, Universal Pictures, Meta, Google, Siemens and Oliver Wyman, supporting them in navigating complex challenges, strengthening leadership presence, and communicating effectively across cultures. He is also actively involved in a transformative partnership between The LifeHikes Foundation and The Mastercard Foundation, working to train 12,000 youth across Africa and place them in meaningful employment by 2027.

Kesner’s professional background spans sales, pharma, the music industry, consulting, keynote speaking and corporate training — giving him a multidimensional perspective on how communication drives performance in high-stakes, high-velocity environments. He leverages the GROW Coaching Model and the LifeHikes DOC Method to deliver structured, rigorous, and outcomes-focused coaching that builds both capability and confidence.

His areas of expertise include Communication, Leadership, Resilience, and Identity. Based in North America, Kesner is a lifelong learner inspired by new ideas and voices through reading and YouTube. When he’s not coaching or driving impact, he can be found in the gym or at home, spending quality time with his wife, Mary, and daughters, Tydai and Savannah.
