Our Coach

For Franziska, coaching at LifeHikes® is about successful communication and setting free everyone’s full potential — she loves the magic moment when people dip into their creative resources and experience how much growth they can achieve through the training.

At the beginning of every coaching journey, Franziska seeks to understand the specific needs and goals of her clients, so she can tailor a unique and individual experience for them. Her holistic approach combines insights from positive psychology, neuroscience and communication theory and is always centered around creating a productive relationship of mutual trust with her coachees.

In addition to her role with LifeHikes®, she runs her own coaching practice Franziska Brummer Coaching, providing Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Resilience Training for several Top 100 companies in Germany. Prior career steps in various sectors include Marketing & Sales roles, social entrepreneurship and living her childhood dream as a coordinator on movie sets all around Europe.

Franziska has earned a master’s degree in International Economic and Intercultural Studies at the University of Passau, holds a credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified Driven™ Resilience Coach. She enjoys travelling with her family – particularly to Italy, which is like a second home to her. When not at work or playing with her kids, you will find her walking outdoors, exploring the latest urban developments of her beloved hometown Munich.
