Little did Jessica know that her early years at IBM — as Business Operations project manager of a US$120M income portfolio and working with teams across the world (Eastern Europe, China, US, South Africa) — watching how senior leaders influence, manage teams and get things done, would prepare her for her calling as a coach.
Life took her to Colombia, where she found her niche: helping LatAm executives and leaders build confidence, elevate their communication, and raise their performance to win in English-dominant, high-stakes environments — investor rooms, keynotes, and the C-suite.
What her clients have in common: high-caliber, international movers, global arena players facing pivotal career milestones. Working with her, they win new clients, investors, the hearts of their audience, and international opportunities. Past coaching scenarios: worked with the CEO of the second-largest bank to pitch to institutional investors like BlackRock for a US$400M international debt issuance; prepped an executive to present to a 1,000+ audience at an international convention; helped a law firm partner become the first Latina panelist at an international white collar crime congress; got a pharma HR head ready for a promotion to Switzerland HQ after years of waiting.
Fast forward, she is now a truly global coach, she has coached clients on every continent but Antarctica, with clients such as Meta, Google, Siemens, the UNHCR, Unilever and AstraZeneca. She has been coaching for 13+ years: ICF-certified for 9, PCC for 6 — roughly 5,000+ hours of coaching.
Outside coaching, she is the founder and CEO of a travel agency — managing a sales & marketing team in China and a supplier network across 14 LatAm countries.
