Jason learned this long before he ever became a coach. Over more than 20 years working inside large organizations and fast-growing startups, he saw firsthand how leadership plays out in real time. Leading teams, navigating change, and showing up in high-pressure conversations meant thinking clearly, communicating well, and doing it without a script.

Jason is a trusted authority on coaching, influence, sales, leadership, and team management. He provides coaching to sales teams globally and has held a variety of high-performing sales, sales engineering, and leadership roles at Sprint Nextel, AT&T, and startups ranging from Series A to unicorn status. He also enjoys geeking out on the art and science of selling.

At LifeHikes, he works with all employee levels globally on presence, storytelling, and influence at organizations like L’Oréal, Mastercard, GE Aerospace, Siemens, Meta and many more of the world’s best companies.

Jason holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in DiSC and as a Gallup Global Strengths Coach.

The question that Jason hears often is some version of “Why do you do what you do?”

And the answer is that Jason didn’t have anyone providing the kind of support he now gives to others. He is passionate about both personal and professional growth…and not doing it alone. 

He lives in New York City. Outside of coaching, you’ll find him playing guitar, performing improv, spending time with his family, and yes, his family includes his beloved Golden Retriever Sunshine.
