With 3,000+ employees in the organization, Siemens Advanta leadership expressed a need for solutions beyond small group training—something that could scale without losing effectiveness. They envisioned a digital learning portal focused on resilience, complete with on-demand content, articles, videos, and optional 1:1 coaching.
Recognizing the toll of constant change, Siemens Advanta wanted to prioritize employee well-being and adaptability. They needed support in developing resilience-based content, with resources to help individuals, teams, and managers cultivate a mindset of endurance, recovery, and even growth through adversity.
LifeHikes designed a custom Resilience program hosted on a dedicated learning portal created exclusively for Siemens. The program included 10 lessons, each featuring an on-demand webinar and additional learning resources. To enrich the digital experience and drive engagement, live virtual trainings were also offered to employees on a quarterly basis.
