Four, 90-Minute Stages
Benchmark Assessment + The Sales Pitch - Participants are introduced to the LifeHikes® Mobile App and complete Benchmark, an objective assessment measuring key dimensions of selling excellence. They then learn to craft a persuasive, one-minute elevator pitch - a powerful tool for engaging prospects and previewing the full sales cycle.
Embrace Rejection - Participants explore how top sellers reframe rejection as a natural and valuable part of the sales process. They develop science-backed techniques to desensitize, shift mindset, and maintain resilience in the face of challenges.
Handle Objections - Build the skills to address objections with confidence and grace, even when faced with skepticism or resistance. Participants practice collaborative, non-defensive responses that keep conversations productive and prospects engaged.
The Sales Presentation + Summit Assessment - Learn to deliver impactful, client-oriented presentations that combine preparation, industry insights, and product benefits. The program concludes with Summit, a final assessment measuring growth since Benchmark across the core dimensions of selling excellence.

Measurable Impact
The Hike begins and ends with rigorous, science-based assessments to quantify participants' skill improvement. Both Benchmark and Summit are proctored and evaluated by independent Raters to ensure objective scoring. Participants receive detailed reports with their overall score, a breakdown by 16 skill dimensions, and narrative feedback. Achieving a final Summit rating of 6.0 or higher results in a professional skill certificate.
Team-Based
Hiking isn’t usually thought of as a team sport, but it is now. Teams are a core component of the Hike, serving as participants' support system and accountability partners; participants are responsible for helping their teammates. Teammates meet at the end of every stage to share wins, challenges, and ideas to help each other conquer the Summit.
Technology
The LifeHikes® Mobile App provides instant quantitative feedback on voice range and language strength to accelerate learning. Participants use the LifeHikes® Mobile App to record in-session activities, submit trailwork, and keep their skills fresh after the Hike ends.
