Empathy is a core value in this process, and she knows how to provide a psychologically safe environment for every team and professional she works with. With over 15 years of experience in Sales, Events and Operations, Daria has worn many hats! Working across 6 different countries and a diverse range of company cultures sparked her curiosity about the science behind a team performance and productive meetings.

Whilst heading operations for one of Singapore’s top tech startups, Daria decided to scratch her own itch and launched a facilitation consultancy – FridayMakers. Her diverse background has fueled her passion for shaping dynamic gatherings that bring results. As a certified Facilitator, Team Coach and Agilist, she now helps globally distributed organizations in the tech, telecom, pharma, finance and healthcare industries. Her mission is to transform any snooze-fest meeting into a productive session.

Based between Singapore and Barcelona, Daria is a self-described adrenaline junkie. When she is not working, she is probably seeking a heart-racing adventure in some remote part of the world. Oh, and did we mention that she used to star in an Irish sitcom?!
