Cherita McIntye, an industrial psychologist, has over 15 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies and the public sector. Currently, she is Sr. Director, Talent Management & Development at ESPN. Prior to her current role, she was Director of Executive Development for the Walt Disney Company enterprise. Dr. McIntye’s expertise is in design and execution of talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness strategies. She has held executive roles creating systems that enable people to thrive and solutions for building cultures that engage and inspire performance excellence.

She has broad industry experience leading efforts within media and entertainment, hospitality, financial services, healthcare and federal government sectors. Her passion is unleashing the power of individual and collective creativity to propel positive change.
