Grounded in Dr. John Kotter’s 8 Steps for Leading Change, this session gives leaders hands-on practice creating urgency, shaping vision, and embedding change into team culture through real-world application and dynamic team challenges.
Building Resilient Teams - Resilience becomes a shared strength when teams are grounded in psychological safety, adaptability, and purpose. Leaders gain actionable strategies to help their teams respond to pressure, setbacks, and change, staying connected, focused, and forward-moving even in uncertain times.
Coaching as a Leadership Practice - Today’s most effective leaders coach. In this session, participants learn when to coach, how to coach, and how to use active listening and developmental dialogue to elevate both individual performance and team potential.
