Andrea grew up in Italy, immersed in an entrepreneurial environment as the son of small business owners. Watching his parents manage their business while raising four children gave him a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. Inspired by their spark and proactive mindset, Andrea always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur himself. Despite multiple failed ventures, he discovered that great ideas often fail not because of the idea itself, but because of how they are communicated. This insight ignited his passion for mastering communication, leading him to his current role as a presentation coach.

Today, Andrea is on a mission to prevent great ideas from failing due to ineffective presentation. As the author of the highly commended book Confident Presenter, he helps business owners, leaders, and their teams become exceptional presenters, empowering them to grow their businesses and increase their influence. Andrea has worked with business leaders from top companies such as eBay, Spotify, Bosch, Salesforce, and Amazon, as well as coaching several TEDx speakers. His efforts were recognized in 2024, when he was awarded Best Virtual Speaker by The Speaker Awards, and his company, Ideas on Stage UK, was named the Best Presentation Skills Training Specialist in the UK by Corporate Vision.

Andrea’s expertise extends beyond coaching; he is also the host of the Ideas on Stage podcast, where he has interviewed renowned figures in public speaking like Seth Godin, Guy Kawasaki, and Carmine Gallo. Additionally, he is a mentor at Virgin StartUp, guiding purpose-driven entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their businesses through powerful presentations. Andrea’s proudest role, however, is being a father to his son, Kian, born in 2022—his number one priority and joy in life.
