Daniel's leadership journey began early in his career when he managed a team of 25 people, an experience that ignited his passion for developing others. This hands-on learning laid the foundation for his belief in empowering individuals, which grew stronger through his time volunteering as an English teacher in Peru. There, he learned how effective communication and understanding people’s needs are central to both leadership and teaching.
Over time, Daniel’s career spanned multiple industries, including multinational retail, FMCG, startups, and technology. He has taken on various leadership roles, with a strong focus on talent development, human resources, and sales. His desire to impact others drove him to pursue several coaching certifications, including becoming an ICF ACC certified coach and establishing his own executive coaching practice. His ability to guide professionals across diverse fields, from corporate leaders to startups, is a testament to his commitment to helping others grow.
Daniel’s love for traveling, learning more about other cultures, and adventure has led him to live and work in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. His passion for exploration extends to hiking, recently completing the Fisherman’s Trail in Portugal, blending his professional and personal pursuits of growth and discovery.
"Katie brought energy and on-point advice and techniques to a group of consultants (who are used to doing the presenting!) and kept them engaged throughout multiple sessions over two days. She was extremely credible because she did her homework to ensure that she understood our business and could speak our language. I also appreciated her flexibility as we developed the agenda and content in advance of the meeting. And most importantly, we heard great feedback from the participants!"
