As one of the first team members of LifeHikes®, Roberto has watched the company evolve from a fledgling startup into the powerhouse it is today. And as the executive in charge of adapting Own The Room’s curriculum into Spanish, he has had a unique insight into how the training’s magic translates across cultures.

A graduate of the Sorbonne in France, Roberto worked in the HR and staffing industries before joining a large medical laboratory with multiple business units, serving as Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Financial Officer until the company was sold. After enjoying several years of early retirement, Roberto joined Own The Room as its first COO. Today, he works globally with customers across sectors, and has coached on five continents, in cities ranging from NYC, Sao Paulo, Manila and Dublin to Cape Town, Madrid, Bogota and Bangkok.

Roberto resides in London and travels regularly to Colombia and around the world. In addition to his business and communications acumen, he is a master chef who trained at a cooking school in Paris. Roberto speaks fluent French, Spanish, Italian, English; Own The Room is his fifth language.
