Arrival Instructions
Registration is at 6:00 PM. When you arrive, you will check in with security. A team member will then escort you to the 10th floor.

A Night To Remember
Hosted by Emcee Giancarlo Esposito, this red-carpet kickoff cocktail party sets the stage for the next two days as leaders, creators, and innovators come together to launch a transformative two-day learning experience.
Group Activity
In small teams with your own captain, you’ll whip up and film a 30-second commercial using nothing but your phone and your collective brilliance. Anything goes—serious, goofy, polished, or wonderfully bizarre.
You’ve got about 20 minutes to create your mini-epic, and all commercials will debut that night and help fuel the learning throughout the program.
Dress Code
Cocktail casual.
Food & Beverage
A mix of hot and cold small bites, plus two food stations. Beverage options include beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and mocktails. Vegetarian and gluten free options available throughout.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in. Training begins promptly at 9:00 AM.
Security: Check in with security when you arrive. Photo ID is required.
What To Expect
LifeHikes training moves fast and is very hands-on. Expect breakouts, role plays, and a lot of participation. Come with a fully charged phone, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to jump in! The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it.
Dress Code
Business casual - comfy shoes, since you’ll be on your feet quite a bit. And plan for a good hair day… you’ll be on camera a lot!
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all participants. Vegetarian and gluten free choices will be available.
