WHAT IS A PRACTICE LAB?

In the Practice Labs, the focus shifts. While still coach-led, these labs are primarily dedicated to practice. Participants might engage in 3-4 additional practice rounds within the 60-minute period, constantly rotating partners and groups to deepen their understanding and build muscle memory. This repetition ensures the skill becomes second nature.
