PROGRAM OVERVIEW
These four core modules form the foundation of effective communication, equipping DP World professionals with the skills to lead with presence, engage meaningfully, and deliver compelling messages. Executive Presence builds confidence and authority, Connect First strengthens relationships through active listening, Dynamic Delivery enhances vocal and physical expression, and Tell Captivating Stories refines the art of storytelling for maximum impact. Together, they align with DP World’s competency framework by enhancing leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence in global communications.
- EXECUTIVE PRESENCE - Enhance confidence, body language, and vocal delivery to command attention in professional settings. Learn how to present with credibility and gravitas.
- CONNECT FIRST - Develop deep audience connections by leveraging active listening, emotional intelligence, and storytelling techniques.
- DYNAMIC DELIVERY - Master vocal variety, pacing, and physical presence to create impactful and engaging presentations.
- TELL CAPTIVATING STORIES - Learn how to structure, craft, and deliver powerful narratives that resonate with audiences and drive influence.
PRE-WORK
This training is highly interactive and engaging from the start of the day. Throughout the session, you'll be practicing techniques, discussing with partners or groups, and sharing feedback. Active participation is key. You'll be learning advanced tips, practicing together in a high-energy, safe, and no-ego zone.
We encourage participants to bring a fully-charged smartphone or tablet (with plenty of free space) for several fun video exercises.
